Camp Australia Rocketeers National Programing
Overview: The current UI and UX are clunky, unusable, and outdated. This project aims to improve the UI and incorporate new features to enhance the UX.
The purpose of national programming is to allow the Rocketeers team to create and maintain a list of activities, plan and manage which of those activities our services will be facilitating each day for the current/upcoming Rocketeers periods as well as capturing/generating additional details related to these activities such as the route map we need to provide to the transportation companies.

Digital Style Guide
During my time with Camp Australia, I developed a Digital Style Guide for use by developers, business analysts, and testers. This guide ensures that business analysts understand the available elements, developers can consistently use the same elements, and testers can verify that developers are using the correct elements as specified by the business and myself.
Previously, Camp Australia did not have a digital style guide, which led to inconsistent use of elements across different projects. As a result, each project struggled to maintain a cohesive company brand theme.
Self Service Offers & Discounts
The various functions that will be required to create, manage & apply offers and discounts will be covered in subsequent sections.
Photo Journal
This enhancement of the Parent Portal improves the Photo Journal, which currently only allows users to upload images and tag their child.
Notifications
This is part of enhancement of Parent Portal.
Multi Casual Bookings
This enhancement improves the booking flow to encourage casual bookings and minimize friction.a new booking flow enhancement to increase casual bookings and reduce the friction.
Digital Program Overdue
This enhancement of the Digital Program improves the Photo Journal, which currently only allows users to upload images and tag their child.
Template Download Option
This enhancement was made because users want to control which pages to download from the digital programs download pack.
Order Management
New improved UI UX order management, mobile and Tablet optimise versions.
New Improved Kiosk
This project is the complete rebuild of One Child using the latest technology with any functionality not required for smooth operation of the service separated out into another distinct application (Service Admin Portal). This will allow us to make a much needed UI/UX overhaul and improve general performance/responsiveness of the app to ensure that the educator spends more time with the kids and less time looking at the tablet.

Communication Platform
Brand new communication platform to send communications and notifications.
Supplier Provider Upgrade
Currently during Rocketeers we offer a variety of activities for the kids to do. Many of these activities are ran or hosted by a third party company which we refer to as a ‘Supplier’. We will use this opportunity to remove the supplier functionality from the monolith and create a new domain specific to suppliers and supplier management.
